Complainant appeared at the hearing and on the record testified that the dispute contained in the instant complaint had been resolved, albeit belatedly, on May 14, 1998 by virtue of Respondent paying the total sum of $2,795.96 to Complainant. Therefore, Complainant indicated that the instant matter could be dismissed. Based on the foregoing, it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be dismissed. Done this day, May 21, 1998.
