Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology (“Department”) filed a motion with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that this matter had been resolved and requesting that the hearing be vacated. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this matter be remanded to Department for closing of the case in accordance with the settlement between the parties.
