Complainant has notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that Respondent has complied with the Corrective Work Order dated August 3, 1998, issued by the Registrar of Contractors. As a result of Respondent’s compliance with the Registrar’s written directive, Complainant no longer desires to have a hearing in this matter. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for February 10, 1999, be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for final disposition.
