Very shortly prior to the date set for the consolidated hearing in the above-entitled matters, Michael J. Rothman, the named Complainant in both of the above-captioned matters filed written confirmation all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved and settled, also effectively requesting that the scheduled consolidated hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative actions be terminated.
In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled to convene on
Monday, February 12, 2001 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citations and Complaints in Cases Numbered M98-1276 and M98- 1277, respectively, be closed.
