IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The day prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant provided by facsimile information to the Office of Administrative Hearings that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved and effectively requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated. In view of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on November 20, 1998 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number M98-1222 be closed.
