On October 7, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a letter from the law firm of Wilcox & Wilcox, P.C., counsel for the Complainant, requesting that the hearing scheduled for October 8, 1998 be vacated because the parties have settled this matter.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for October 8, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Registrar deems appropriate.
