This matter is scheduled for hearing on October 26, 1999. On August 27, 1999, the Complainant filed a letter indicating that the Respondent had “taken care of the problems” with the Complainant’s residence and requested that the hearing be canceled. The Respondent was given a chance to respond thereto.

THEREFORE:

Good cause appearing it is recommended that Case No.H98-0238, together with the claim upon which it is based, be dismissed. If notice is received that the Registrar of Contractors has accepted the Recommended Dismissal of this matter prior to the scheduled hearing date then the matter shall be automatically vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. If notice is not received prior to the scheduled hearing date, or if the Registrar of Contractors rejects the Recommended Order, then the hearing of this matter shall take place as originally scheduled.
