IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainant’s attorney informed the undersigned that Respondent had performed certain construction work and had resolved Complainant’s complaints to his satisfaction. In view of the Respondent’s resolution of Complainant’s complaints, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on February 7, 2000 be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the Citation and Complaint in Case Number H98-0201 be closed.
