This matter was set for hearing to be held in Prescott, Arizona on July 15, 1998 pursuant to Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) Notice of Hearing dated May 13, 1998. On July 8, 1998, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of a faxed letter to the Registrar from Complainant, dated July 6, 1998. This letter recites that Complainant informs that “all corrections that were outlined in the ‘Corrective Work Order’ issued on January 26, 1998 are complete. …I am satisfied with the quality of the work.” Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED the hearing set for July 15, 1998 in this matter is vacated from the calendar, and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for any further handling.
