On April 3, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a copy of a letter sent to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors from Complainants Betty and Bernard Williamson requesting that all charges be dropped against the Respondent. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge shall interpret this letter as a Motion to Vacate the Hearing presently scheduled for June 1, 1998.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 1, 1998 at 2:00 P.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that this Citation and Complaint be closed.
