Shortly prior to the date set for the consolidated hearing in the above-entitled matters, Complainants and their counsel filed a written stipulation executed by one of the other named Respondents and its counsel, and subsequently communicated confirmation that all claims before the Registrar of Contractors asserted against each of the named Respondents were being

withdrawn, also effectively requesting that the scheduled consolidated hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative actions be terminated with prejudice. In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled for two consecutive days commencing on January 7, 1999 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citations and Complaints in each of the above-captioned Case Numbers be closed with prejudice.
