On or about April 2, 1999, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Status Report indicating that the parties were in the process of executing a settlement agreement in this matter.

Based upon the foregoing, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge recommends that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 98-3215 be dismissed without prejudice. It is further ordered that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Registrar deems appropriate.
