IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Shortly prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, Complainants informed the Registrar of Contractors that Mr. Gilliam’s health problems would prevent Complainants from attending the scheduled hearing and requested that such hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated. In view of Complainants’ request, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 15, 1998 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 98-2536 be closed. Done this day, September 11, 1998.
