On September 15, 1998, a hearing was held to determine if either of the parties to this consolidated action was in violation of the provisions of A.R.S. §32-1154(A). Attorney Stephen A. Myers represented Denniston & Company, Inc. Attorney Richard A. Alcorn represented Mathis Tile Design dba Stonehenge Granite & Marble. Prior to convening this matter, the parties withdrew their Complaints.
Accordingly, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge recommends that the Complaint and Citation in Case Number 98-2477 and the Complaint and Citation in Case Number 98-1642 be dismissed. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge further orders that this consolidated matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Registrar deems appropriate.
