Counsel for the parties have submitted a Stipulation to Withdraw Complaint without prejudice to the Complainants later refiling the complaint if the parties’ ongoing negotiations are unsuccessful. Respondent also agreed to waive any objection to a refiled complaint based on any applicable statute of limitations. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for August 31, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated and that this matter be returned to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the terms and conditions set forth in their Stipulation to Withdraw Complaint be accepted.
