IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Several days prior to the limited rehearing in the above-entitled matter that had been granted based upon Complainant’s petition, and in striking similarity to the events immediately prior to the originally scheduled hearing, Complainant once again filed written confirmation that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved, also effectively requesting that the scheduled limited rehearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated. In view of the foregoing, and adequate cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the limited rehearing scheduled to convene on March 4, 1999 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation, under all the circumstances, that a final administrative Order be entered closing the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 98-2271 with prejudice.
