IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The hearing of this matter commenced on September 17, 1998. It was not concluded and was therefore continued to November 19, 1998 at which time the parties requested additional time to enter into a negotiated settlement. The case was set for a status date of April 2, 1999, by which time the parties were to inform the Office of Administrative Hearings of progress made and request that the case be set for hearing or it would be automatically vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. On April 9, 1999, a Stipulation for Dismissal without Prejudice was submitted by the parties. In view of the foregoing; Order IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing of this matter is vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings. Recommended Order IT IS RECOMMENDED that the instant case be dismissed without prejudice. Done this day, April 13, 1999.
