Shortly prior to the date set for the consolidated hearing in the above-entitled matters, Complainant confirmed in writing that all matters in issue between the respective parties have been resolved, also effectively requesting that the scheduled consolidated hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative actions be terminated.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled to convene on Tuesday, December 29, 1998 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that each of the respective Citations and Complaints in Cases Numbered 98-2044; 98-2070; and 98-2072 be closed.
