Shortly prior to the date set for the consolidated hearing in the above-entitled matters, Complainant confirmed that all matters in issue between each of the named parties have been resolved, also effectively requesting that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative actions be terminated.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause otherwise appearing herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the consolidated hearing scheduled to convene on September 2, 1998 and September 3, 1998 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citations and Complaints in each of the above-enumerated Case Numbers be closed.
