By Notice of Hearing issued August 25, 1998, hearing was set for October 14, 1998, before the undersigned administrative law judge of the Office of Administrative Hearings. `On October 13, 1998, Complainant filed a request that the hearing be canceled, on the basis that the contractor (Renaissance Group, Inc.) had satisfactorily completed the items at issue. Therefore, good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the above- entitled case be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed.
