On February 26, 1999, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a letter from Complainant Pamela Pflueger requesting that the hearing scheduled for March 25, 1999 be vacated because she has decided to withdraw her complaint in this matter.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 25, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action that the Registrar deems appropriate.
