The letter states that Complainant has been successful against Respondent in an arbitration action and no longer wishes to have an administrative hearing. IT IS ORDERED that the April 28 hearing in this matter is vacated and the case is remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for any further proceedings. Done this 24th day of April 1998.
