Before that date, this Office received a telephonic message that the parties had settled the dispute and no longer needed a hearing. On August 17, 1998, the Complainants filed a Notice of Settlement And Request To Vacate Hearing Date. Through this Notice, the parties request that the matter be dismissed with prejudice because they have reached settlement. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the dismissal be granted and that the Registrar of Contractors dismiss complaint 98-0419 against license 045760 with prejudice.
