IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The State Land Department has filed a Notice of Results of Informal Settlement Conference which advised that the parties have reached a settlement agreement in this matter and sets forth the parties’ agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. In view of the foregoing, it is determined that no useful purpose would be served by convening a hearing in this matter. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED, the hearing set for November 13, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the State Land Department with the recommendation that the settlement agreement be accepted and implemented.
