Appellants have filed a notice that the parties met in a settlement conference yesterday and that they have reached a resolution in this matter. As a result of that settlement, they wish to withdraw their appeal and request that the hearing set for December 15, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated. The State Land Department has confirmed the settlement. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for December 15, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the State Land Department for final disposition.
