This matter was heard on January 14, 1999. After the conclusion of the hearing, the Administrative Law Judge gave Mr. Minh V. Nguyen until February 5, 1999, to comply with the vehicle inspection requirements. On February 3, 1999, Mr. Nguyen complied with the inspection requirements, and on February 5, 1999, provided written evidence showing compliance. In light of this compliance, it is not necessary to submit a recommended decision with findings of fact and conclusions of law. RECOMMENDED ORDER It is recommended to the Acting Director that this appeal be dismissed as being moot. SUBMITTED this 8th day of February, 1999.
