IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter was set for hearing on January 27, 1999. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties conferred and reached a mutual resolution of the contested issues. Parties may resolve an administrative case by consent order. Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-1092.07(F)(5). A Consent Order agreement was prepared, and it will be submitted to the Real Estate Commissioner for his approval. The parties jointly moved to vacate the hearing. For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing and remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further disposition. ORDERED this 27th day of January, 1999.
