On July 7, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT from Assistant Attorney General Michael T. Denious, requesting that the hearing scheduled for July 8, 1998 be vacated.

The basis of this request is that the parties have reached a tentative settlement arrangement.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 8, 1998, at 9:00 A.M. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for any further action.
