On July 10, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT AND REQUEST TO VACATE HEARING from Assistant Attorney General Moira McCarthy, requesting that the hearing scheduled for July 14, 1998 be vacated. Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 14, 1998, at 9:00 A.M. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
