On March 10, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a copy of a letter sent to Assistant Attorney General Michael T. Denious from the Respondent, Susan Rae Thatcher. In this letter, the Respondent withdrew her request for appeal of the Cease & Desist Order. The undersigned Administrative Law Judge shall interpret this letter as a Motion to Vacate the Hearing presently scheduled for March 16, 1998.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 16, 1998 at 9:00 A.M. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Arizona Department of Real Estate with the recommendation that this case be closed and/or dismissed .
