On February 23, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Notice of Settlement from Assistant Attorney General Michael Denious, counsel for the Department of Real Estate, requesting that the hearing scheduled for February 24, 1998 be vacated. Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for February 24, 1998 at 9:00 A.M. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Department of Real Estate for dismissal and/or case closure pursuant to the terms of the final settlement.
