On February 3, 1999, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a copy of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order issued by the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance. In the Order, the Director determined that the Respondent did not file an Answer to the Notice Of Hearing issued in this and deemed the allegations set forth in the Notice of Hearing as admitted. Further, the Order revoked all of the Respondent’s insurance licenses and provided for restitution to be made. That being the case, there is no need to proceed to a hearing on this matter on February 16, 1999. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, February 4, 1999.
