IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter is set for hearing on June 30, 1999. On June 24, 1999, Assistant Attorney General Blair C. Driggs, Esq., representing the State of Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission (“Commission”), moved to vacate the hearing, as a proposed resolution of this matter “which will dispose of the issues in this complaint” will be presented to the Commission. Parties may resolve a matter by agreed settlement. Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-1092.07(F)(5).
