IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The parties have entered a consent agreement and the State has submitted a motion to vacate the hearing in this case. The parties are apprised that the instant case was to be heard with Case No. 00A-055-SPC which was submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), as a separate case. In view of the foregoing; It Is Hereby Ordered that the hearing of Case No. 98A-195-SPC is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings. It Is Further Ordered that the parties inform the OAH in writing by May 4, 2001, of whether the settlement includes Case No. 00A-055-SPC. It Is Further Ordered that failure to notify the OAH as required by this Order shall result in Case No. 00A-055-SPC being vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings retroactive to April 25, 2001.
