Prior to the date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the State’s attorney moved to vacate the hearing because the parties have agreed to a resolution of their dispute, which the State’s attorney has agreed to present to the Structural Pest Control Commission for its approval and adoption. In view of the parties’ agreement to resolve this dispute, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on July 2, 1999 at 1:30 p.m. be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Structural Pest Control Commission with the recommendation that an order be entered memorializing the terms of the parties’ proposed settlement and the Commission’s ultimate resolution of the issues.
