This matter was scheduled for administrative hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) on August 19th, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. The State of Arizona, through counsel, filed a Motion to Vacate the hearing before the OAH on August 17th, 1999. The motion offers grounds in the facts that legal counsel for the State “has agreed to present to the Structural Pest Control Commission a proposed resolution which will dispose of the issues in these complaint [sic].” Tucson Pest Max and Troit Stowe, through counsel, indicated to the OAH that they have no opposition to the motion. WHEREFORE, good cause in support of the motion having been shown, and the undersigned being adequately advised; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the administrative hearing of this matter presently scheduled for August 19th, 1999, is VACATED, and this matter remanded to the Structural Pest Control Commission for further action. Dated this 19th day of August, 1999. OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS
