On June 17, 1999, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a Motion to Vacate from Assistant Attorney General Blair Driggs, counsel for the Structural Pest Control Commission (the “Commission”), requesting that the hearing scheduled in this matter for June 21, 1999 be vacated because the Assistant Attorney General will be submitting a proposed resolution to the Commission that should resolve this dispute.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 21, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
