On February 3, 1999, the parties filed a Stipulation Re Settlement and Dismissal, notifying this tribunal that they have settled their dispute. Appellant withdraws its appeal as part of the settlement agreement. IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding the case to the Arizona Department of Insurance for action according to the settlement agreement.
