Subsequent to the issuance of the Order Denying Continuance and Denying Telephonic Appearance, the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order wherein the Respondent was determined to be in default and the allegations in the Amended Notice of Hearing were deemed admitted. In the Order, the Director revoked all insurance licenses held by Respondent. As a result of the Director’s action, there is no need to proceed with the hearing. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set for May 6, 1998, from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, May 6, 1998.
