At the time and date set for the hearing in the above-entitled matter, the parties stipulated that all matters in issue between them have been resolved, and requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated and that the pending administrative action be terminated. In view of the parties’ stipulation and sufficient cause otherwise appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled to convene on September 29, 1998 be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Structural Pest Control Commission with the recommendation that the entire Citation and Complaint in Case Number 98-025 be closed.
