IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 12, 1998, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Stipulated Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing wherein the parties represented that they had entered into a Consent Order which resolves this matter. A copy of the Consent Order, which was executed by the Director of the Arizona Department of Insurance, was attached to the Motion. It is therefore determined that this matter has been resolved and there is no need to proceed to hearing. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing of this matter set for May 13, 1998, from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, May 13, 1998.
