IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Department of Liquor Licenses and Control through counsel has filed a motion to vacate the hearing in this matter set for August 10, 1998, for the reason that the Licensee has complied with the terms of Consent Agreement and Order for Administrative Complaint No. 97A-0079-LIQ, which was the basis for this matter. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the August 10, 1998 hearing shall be, and hereby is, vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for any further handling.
