The Department of Liquor License and Control, by and through counsel, has filed a Motion to Vacate the Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, August 18th, 1998, at 9:00 a.m.

Upon review and consideration of the Motion, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the hearing previously scheduled for August 18th, 1998, at 9:00 a.m. be vacated.

It is further recommended that this matter be referred to the Director for entry of an Order consistent with the terms of the settlement agreement between the parties, which formed the basis for the Consent Agreement and Motion to Vacate.
