On September 30, 1998, the undersigned Administrative Law Judge received a MOTION TO VACATE from Assistant Attorney General Daniel Christl, requesting that the hearing scheduled for October 2, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. be vacated because the parties have settled.

Based upon the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for October 2, 1998, at 1:30 p.m. shall be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that this matter shall be remanded to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for any further action that the Director deems appropriate.
