On October 19th, 1998, the Complainant filed a written notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which he stated that the Respondent had “fixed all of the outstanding issues in complaint no. P97-0236. All items were repaired on 10/17/98. Please cancel the hearing scheduled for 10/21/98.” THEREFORE: Good cause appearing, the above entitled matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is recommended that Case No. P97-0236, together with the claim upon which it is based, be dismissed.
