This matter is set for hearing on March 31, 1998. On March 24, 1998, Mr. and Mrs. James L. Hammer, the Complainants, filed a Motion to Dismiss their complaint on the ground that Respondent Scott Geyer Construction had “successfully made repairs to the satisfaction of complainants,” and moved to vacate the hearing. A copy of the motion was filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) on March 19, 1998. Accordingly: IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set for March 31, 1998. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar close Citation and Complaint No. M97-1852. SUBMITTED this 25th day of March, 1998.
