IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Prior to the date of the scheduled hearing, Respondent filed a communication with the Office of Administrative Hearings, indicating that the parties had stipulated to submit their case to binding arbitration and presented an order from the Superior Court, which had previously remanded the matter for an administrative hearing, vacating the holding of a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby recommended that this Citation, together with the Complaint upon which it is based, shall be closed.
