Shortly prior to the date set for the consolidated hearings in the above-entitled matters, respective counsel for each of the above-named parties filed

written stipulations with this tribunal confirming that all matters in issue between the parties have been resolved, also effectively requesting that the scheduled hearings be vacated and that all pending administrative actions be dismissed.

In view of the foregoing, and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the consolidated hearings scheduled to convene on November 13, 1997 be and hereby are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that these matters be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that the entire Citations and Complaints, as amended, in Cases Numbered M97- 1209, M97-1560 and M97-1770 be dismissed.
