IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter is set for hearing on January 9, 1998. On January 8, 1998, Assistant Attorney General Josep P. Mikitish, Esq., representing the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures (“Department”), informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that the parties had entered into a consent agreement, and therefore, a hearing would not be necessary. Mr. Mikitish requested that the hearing be vacated and the matter remanded to the Department. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing set for January 9, 1998, and remanding this matter to the Director of the Department for closure. ORDERED AND DATED this 8th day of January, 1998.
