On January 6, 1998, Ms. Barbara Flickinger, the Complainant, wrote a letter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) requesting “to cancel the administrative hearing,” for the reason that Respondent “has finished the repairs to my driveway.” IT IS ORDERED that the hearing set for January 13, 1998, is vacated.
